I don't know what I did but for some reason I am getting this error message
when I'm trying to access my favorites:

C:\user\ruth\downloads\favorites\favorites refers to a location that is
unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network.
Check to make sure that the disk is inserted properly, or that you are
connected to the Internet or network, and then try again. If it still cannot
be located, the information may have been moved to a different location.

How do I fix this???? I am connected to the Internet. But this laptop is
not networked.
