All of a sudden we are unable to access certain website such as our bank
without "you must enable the Java Script" to view this site. Never had
problems before. How do you enable. Had to download Firefox to do bank
transactions.

Which version of Windows?
Which version of Internet Explorer?

* Go to Internet Options> Security> Internet Zone, click on Default Level.
* Add the sites to Trusted Sites (Internet Options> Security)
* IE> Tools> Manage add-ons, disable non-microsoft add-ons to see if one of
them is causing the problem.
* It's very possible that a third-party security program is blocking
scripts, scripting, active content.
To test this turn on the Windows Firewall from Control Panel> Windows
Firewall and disable any third-party firewall or security suite. An update
to the security program may have changed settings.
