system rebooting

I have Windows xp pro with service pack 2, IE7. The problem is the system
will reboot
itself for no apparent reason. I've already did a system recovery to no
avail. I also did complete system diagnostics and nothing seems to be wrong.
I've done virus scans and defraged the hard drive. It still reboots itself.
It's very annoying. Please help!

Tight click My Computer and choose Properties.
On the Advanced tab under Startup and Recovery click Settings.
Uncheck Automatically restart.
Next time it will give you a blue screen. Tell us the error on that blue
screen.

Does this happen if you right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose
Start Without Add-ons?
Or go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
Explorer (No Add-ons).
