| system rebooting I have Windows xp pro with service pack 2, IE7. The problem is the system will reboot itself for no apparent reason. I've already did a system recovery to no avail. I also did complete system diagnostics and nothing seems to be wrong. I've done virus scans and defraged the hard drive. It still reboots itself. It's very annoying. Please help! |

Please help! > Tight click My Computer and choose Properties. On the Advanced tab under Startup and Recovery click Settings. Uncheck Automatically restart. Next time it will give you a blue screen. Tell us the error on that blue screen. Does this happen if you right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Start Without Add-ons? Or go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). -- Frank Saunders, MS-MVP IE, OE/WM I won't answer email. |
