Has anyone experienced "Internet Explorer can not display page." With a
diagnostic page for connections, and you reload the page and it works. Kind
of annoying.

No such problem here. It's a good idea to disable your security software
- except for your firewall - before installing updates.

Error message after you install a Windows Internet Explorer 7 update from
Windows Update or from Microsoft Update: "Webpage cannot be displayed":

Most likely suspect: third-party firewall.
