New web pages not opening full screen

When I open a new web page from a link, it opens in a minimized
state, i.e., the top one third to one half of my screen. How do I change
this so all new web pages open full screen?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Re: New web pages not opening full screen

Close all IE windows except for the smaller one > Don't maximize it > Drag
the edges of the smaller window with your cursor to the desired size > Close
the window.

The resized (not maximized) window *must* be the last window closed for its
size to be "remembered."
