IE has stopped working....

Hi everyone. Running Windows Vista Home Premium and ie 7. First off, My
screen flashes and flickers quite a bit. At times it will freeze up
completely. Second problem is that it has "stopped working" and wants me to
close the program. Then it sends off info. to microsoft for a solution. Any
tips?

Thanks in advance
