| korean language display hi, i'm having a slight problem with displaying of korean fonts. I've already installed the IME language for Korean and the selected fonts that come along with it. When i try to go to a korean chat community, the korean displayed on the web pages appear to seem just fine.. however , when i input korean letters and try sending a message in the chat.. it appears in unicode/wierd letters and numbers. Now, is it just a font problem ? (not having the fonts, so it appears in unicode).. or would it be that the chat applet doesnt let me use korean IME to view it ? thanks. |

| Re: korean language display Hozhayo Rin, What IM program are you using or is it a web based program? If it is a desktop application you will need to change its language settings. I use Trillian which as has support for multiple languages and IM services. Regards. | Re: korean language display Hi Rin, Check the View>Encoding menu, make sure that the correct encoding has been selected. Oh, I bet this is it. Tools>Internet Options - General tab, Language button. Add Korean to the list and move it to the top of the list... (Warning your google searches will return results in Korean too.) Regards.
