IE7 problem solved .... why?

For the last month or so IE7's connection to the internet would hang or cost
me much time when the computer it would awaken from 'sleeping'. The 'hour
glass' would appear but nothing would load. If I reset the cable modem,
the problem almost always went away.

Today I finally tried Resetting (under Tools \ Internet Options \ Advanced \
Reset. I went back and 'managed' a few add-ons that were disabled with that
resetting. Now everything works just fine.

From the list of programs still Disabled, what in general causes this
problem ... and I'm assuming one of those disables programs\add-ins was the
culprit. I assume I am not alone with this. Thanks, Dave Horne
