I have a friend who has an XP SP2 system and IE7. IE7 works fine under
admin, but under his limited account he uses as his personal account, he gets
no favorites, and in fact, when you select favorites (Gold Star), the left
side dialog is completely empty (the 3 tabs do show, but nothing in
favorites). He's tried adding favorites several times to no avail.

Any ideas? I haven't had a chance to do a remote assistance and check it out.
