money 2006

gWhen I close the portfolio, it used to automatically create a back-up in
C:\my documents\my portfolio backup. Now when I close the portfolio I get a
message box that states the path name is invalid, please use a valid path
name "OK". I click OK and then type in C:\my documents\,my portfolio backup,
nothing happens.

I am using ie 7.0 and XP prof

How do I get automatic back-up to work again.

Re: money 2006

Hello,

maybe a stupid thought, but is the path really valid? Under XP, My Documents
are generally in
C:\Documents and Settings\<MY_USERNAME>\My Documents (or so)
Have you changed the standard path?

Greetings,
P. Di Stolfo

RE: money 2006

Follow Up: If the path is indeed valid in explorer, look at the permissions
as at times mine have changed for no apparent reason to me. Ensure your
directory is read/write and that security is set for full control on your
user name.
