I had to restore pc to factory settings. I have been doing all the window
updates and norton internet security updates. However after installing
Internet Explorer 7 I get error message 0x7c910f29 at referenced memory
0x00000000 when restarting systerm has required per download instructions. I
think the referenced memory number is correct but not positive for system
shuts down before I can finish reading.
