| Traces of surfing Hello Although I use CCleaner to clean up my computer after surfing, I still have traces of sites visited. When doing searches, IE version 6 displays sites with the number of visits and the number of visits. I wonder if this behaviour comes from IE 6 or perhaps my Google Toolbar Can anyway help |

| Re: Traces of surfing Hi, See if this page helps: http://www.google.com/support/toolba...9271&topic=938 If unsuccessful with that, try checking the box to clear index.dat files when running CCleaner. Hope this helps, Don [MS MVP- IE] "Dave Neve" <NoAddressForSpammers@noway.fr> wrote in message news:OiNEBeu5HHA.3716@TK2MSFTNGP03.phx.gbl... > Hello > > Although I use CCleaner to clean up my computer after surfing, I still have > traces of sites visited. > > When doing searches, IE version 6 displays sites with the number of visits > and the number of visits. > > I wonder if this behaviour comes from IE 6 or perhaps my Google Toolbar > > Can anyway help |
