| Problem With IE 7 on Vista Hi, I need help, my IE seems to be corrupt or damaged, everytime I try to run it all it does is open for about half a second and close immediately (could be less time, it just looks like a flash on my screen) I would like to know if there is any way to uninstall or reinstall IE 7 on Vista, because at the moment it is completely unusable on my computer (currently using Firefox) Thank you |

| Re: Problem With IE 7 on Vista Hi, You might have an incompatible browser add-on. Right-click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Start without add-ons. If IE opens, go to Tools> Manage add-ons and re-enable add-ons one at a time until the problem returns. You will have found the troublesome add-on. Hope this helps, Don [MS MVP- IE] "Arcrimsonwolf" <Arcrimsonwolf@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:97B23C98-DC5F-46E0-898D-1CF0DF2C0F1E@microsoft.com... > Hi, I need help, my IE seems to be corrupt or damaged, everytime I try to run > it all it does is open for about half a second and close immediately (could > be less time, it just looks like a flash on my screen) I would like to know > if there is any way to uninstall or reinstall IE 7 on Vista, because at the > moment it is completely unusable on my computer (currently using Firefox) > Thank you |
