| IE 7 not responding It seems I'm not the only one with this problem, There are 52 complaints about IE7 not responding surely microsoft could give us a patch in updates to fix the problem, could be the reason people try other sites. If anyone has an idea share it because this problem is really starting to #*## me off, which could mean a change of browser. -- Graham |

| RE: IE 7 not responding I too had a problem with IE7 after downloading a recent security update for IE7. Sites associated with PDF or PDF files on an internet site when selected would close the browser. Turning off my Zone Alarm firewall eliminated the problem, but I did not want it off. Then I found that by opening the PDF program and selecting edit, and unchecking the "Open in browser" the problem also went away. Then I found that on Zone Alarm I had to give more freedom to IE&, and that also solve the problem. The system froze when half way thru the scan at the RoboForm program so I couldn't have the Doc. fix it. So I uninstalled RoBoForm ,the scan went thru, then the Doc fixed the problem. Now IE7 works fine. Before this I had to get IE by clicking on as Administrator. I reinstalled Robr and everything is OK now. Good luck SteveK |
