| Ie7 Has Stopped Working After thunder momentarily interrupted a download, the download completed but wouldn't install, then IE froze up. Couldn't close thru mouse or keyboard commands, had to pull the plug. After that IE will not open. Details: "RUNTIME ERROR c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe Abnormal program termination" followed by: "Internet Explorer has stopped working Windows will close program and notify you if a solution is available" Problem: IE stopped working. You should always turn your comp off in a storm, as a power outage can wreck your motherboard, surge protector or no surge protector.
