Can't open web pages via links

XP Pro computer w/ all the updates except IE7. When you put your mouse over
some of the links on the pages, the pages open up, but others (majority)
don't. It is like there is a pop-up blocker or something blocking the pages
from opening from the links. Is there something I can do to correct this
(other than a rebuild)? Is there a setting that will correct this? HELP!!!

Presumably when you say "When you put your mouse over some of the links "
what you ACTUALLY mean is that you are clicking the links?

Re: Can't open web pages via links

When you put the mouse over some of the links, the underline goes away, and
when you click on them, nothing happens.

Re: Can't open web pages via links

Can you give any examples of where you see this phenomenon?
