IE 7 Installation Problem

Once I complete installing IE 7, the default page that opens is
http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx
This gives an error as the page would not open. I tried changing the "Use
Blank" settings in Internet Options but to no avail. Meanwhile i am able to
access other sites subsequently if i overwrite the web address in the address
bar. Can someone help me out.

"Problem: IE always goes to http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx instead of
your homepage": http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp
Run this .reg file: http://www.enhanceie.com/dl/NoRunOnce.reg (double
click -> Merge) ... and reboot IE.

"EnhanceIE.com was created by Eric Lawrence, a program manager for the
Internet Explorer project at Microsoft."
