| Re: bank Hi, A banking website should have been updated, by now, to work with IE7 but you could try the User Agent String Utility from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923196/en-us. - - - Or, you may have an incompatible browser add-on. See: http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp for troubleshooting information. - - - Or try the Reset button in Internet Options> Advanced. Note that this will delete stored (autocomplete) passwords. Do you have those recorded elsewhere? If resetting IE settings helps with this site, you will still have to re-enable browser add-ons individually to see if the troublesome one can be found. See: http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp 923737- How to use Reset Internet Explorer Settings (RIES): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737/en-us Hope this helps, Don [MS MVP- IE] "maeve" <mum[at]home.com> wrote in message news:u1Nz85IvHHA.4572@TK2MSFTNGP02.phx.gbl... > Hi, Can't open internet banking in IE7 but can in firefox.
