A banking website should have been updated, by now, to work with IE7 but
you could try the User Agent String Utility from
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923196/en-us.

Or, you may have an incompatible browser add-on.

Or try the Reset button in Internet Options> Advanced. Note that this will
delete stored (autocomplete) passwords. Do you have those recorded
elsewhere?

If resetting IE settings helps with this site, you will still have to
re-enable browser add-ons individually to see if the troublesome one can be
found.
