| Re: Feeds not updating in IE7 I too used to have this problem, still do on occasions and could never work out how to fix it. I have my schedule set for every 30 minutes yet the only way to get the feeds to update is to manually right click on them and tell them to update. Clicking 'Update Feeds' in WLM doesn't update them either when this problem occurs. | Re: Feeds not updating in IE7 Hi On the internetexplorer.general newsgroup where i stared this i managed to report a fix... Not sure what caused this to happen but after being told to look at Scheduled tasks... My RSS feeds seemed to stop running after WLM installed, however I am not sure if WLM did this, it could have been an issue I had with iTunes (and subsequent system restores to fix the issues). ==== Original post ==== I have actually managed to fix to issue after you pointed me to the ST window. Turned out that the Protected Storage Service was corrupted. I searched microsofts database and found article 246183 and deleted the S-1-5-18 folder while in safe mode from c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\microsoft\crypto\rsa\s-1-5-18 Rebooted and sure enough it worked. I have not only RSS back but all other tasks i forgot were not running when they should have. Thanks guys. - Jon "athane [MSFT]" <athane@microsoft.com> wrote in message news:eerTTMStHHA.3364@TK2MSFTNGP02.phx.gbl... > Hi, > > Thanks Robear and Jonathan for the feedback.
