Internet Explorer cannot display the web page

My computer (XP SP2) crashed after installing June cumulative security patch
for IE 7.0. Event log says that the memory dumped after a bug check.

IE 7 will no longer display web pages. Email (Outlook 2003), MSN Access,
and Mozilla work fine. Only IE 7.0 is affected.

Have tried to uninstall security patch, re-install IE 7 (twice), and system
restore. Also, IE 7 runs only with add-ons disables. I don't turn them off
- they are automatically off. Any suggestions?

Re: Internet Explorer cannot display the web page

If IE 7 only runs with add-ons disabled you could try enabling the
add-ons one at a time to discover which add-on is causing your problem.

Re: Internet Explorer cannot display the web page

You might also check your windows update log for errors. These last updates
will be found at the bottom of the list.
Click Start, click Run, type %windir%\windowsupdate.log
