I use Internet Explorer 7. I am continually receiving the error message
Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Page, for most every site I try to
visit. If I click refresh, the page always displays fine. There is no
problem with my internet connection. Any ideas what would cause this problem?

Windows Internet Explorer 7 will not open my internet. Frame appears, but I
don't get online
