Got this error recently when using I.E (7) , yahoo messenger. Any help to
remedy this problem

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 7.0.6000.16441, faulting module
ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00031c6b.

Do you still experience the error when running Internet Explorer 7 in
'no add-ons' mode?

Which Event ID # shows in Event Viewer?

Event ID 1000 and 1004? Ex:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/914048

Do you have Plaxo installed? If so, you can try disabling and see if the
error reappears. If not, try uninstalling and doing a fresh install of the
plugin.

Oh, I got it solve by system file checker, the ntdll was actually missing!
