Re: IE6 7 IE 6 install-uninstall

Thanks!! I referred to Article ID 917935 which I found in another post a
suggestion for resetting any unwritable registry subkeys; however when I type
in the info as I have stated in this post it cannot be found! Also tried
uninstalling again"spuninst.exe" and still the process stops with the error
that the file ieeula.chm is not in the location C:\Windows\ie7 and to make
sure the location is correct or change and insert Windows NT Service Pack
Uninstall Directory. Now I have tried typing that and still will not work.
I do not understand what I am being asking to do. The uninstall stops with
the error window while extracting files fromC:\WINDOWS\System 32. Hope that
helps explain a bit more. I am really confused. Am I going to have to
uninstall WINDOWS altogether? Hope not, I am not very experienced! Thanks
for your attention!
