Java-Live Toolbar conflict after installing Security update KB9317

Ever since I installed this update, Windows Live Toolbar (03.01.0130, the
latest version) and Java (1.6.0_01, the latest version) conflict with each
other. Unless I disable the toolbar in the add-ins section of IE7, I get a
message saying "the java runtime environment cannot be loaded" on any page
that employs Java scripting. When I disable it, Java works fine. Whenever
you exit Explorer after getting the "cannot be loaded" message, you get a
beep and a red-X "cannot read from memory" popup error message.

That toolbar's /never/ played nice with IE7, Art.
