Problem: Vista occassionally disconnects me from the internet (once or more
a day). I have DSL, therefore, the internet should be on all the time. My
DSL provider performed tests and stated that (i) the connection on their end
was fine; (ii) the DSL modem was working properly; and (iii) the conncetion
problem was related to Windows.

I will get disconnected from the internet regularly. Explorer will then
state that the web page is not available. When I pursue the option to
diagnose the problem under explorer, explorer does not come up with a
solution.

After 10 to 20 minutes, the internet then comes on, how or why I do not
know. How can I fix this problem?
