old page displaying.. won't show new page..

At our work we use a parts ordering system (NAPA) to order our parts.. There
is a page that shows all previous orders. On the IE6 computers everytime you
goto this page it is up to date, On the one IE7 machine once you check the
page every future time you goto it it shows the same info.. It never
updates.. Any ideas?

Windows version?

IE7 Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing history > Settings > Check
for newer versions of stored pages: What's your setting here?

Are you using a "web accelerator"?

Re: old page displaying.. won't show new page..

1. Does this behavior persist if you start IE7 in No Add-ons mode?

To start IE7 in No Add-ons mode:

Right-click on the blue IE desktop icon and select Start without Add-ons; or

Start > (All) Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No
add-ons).

2. Does the problem persist if you Reset IE7 Settings (RIES)?

3. If you uninstall IE7 (which automatically returns you to IE6) and don't
reinstall it, does this behavior persist?
