Hi Vincenzo,

Here is the IEAK7 (Internet Explorer Administration Kit) homepage

Otherwise, new User settings are inherited from the settings found under
hklm\software\microsoft\internet explorer

You could save this node, then make your changes and then propogate it to
the machines on your network.
IEAK is the tool of choice however.
