All it shows is a blank screen where the video is suppose to play.

Uninstall the Flash Player using this tool:

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get...ash_player.exe

Restart the PC and delete this folder if it exists:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Macromed\Flash\

Reinstall the Flash Player from:

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...r_Version=MSIE

See if that helps.
