| Redirect When I navigate for now at least yahoo website i get this redirect: http://www.google.com/hws/dell/afe?h.../tags=1/optn=1 I do not use I.E 7 long enough to tell if other websites are affected but it is gettin annoying. anyone kno of a way to stop this because i prefer to use I.E. |

| RE: Redirect no. its upon loading all kinds of sites that have some type of advertisment bar at the top. once it finds an advertisment it redirects it. its not just yahoo website. "Adware is software that displays advertising banners, re-directs you to websites, and otherwise conducts advertising on your computer (not to be confused with popup ads, which come from the websites that you visit)." - perdue.edu You can do a complete system scan using Windows OneCare online Safety Center. For quite a few people it's by installing Messenger Plus, whose ads for malware don't identify the malware as such and try to convince you that you owe it to the author.
