but because of the error, my neighbour cannot access the internet. How can

Many thanks.

Re: user32.dll relocated

Hi,
That hotfix [WindowsXP-KB935448-x86-ENU.exe] is 703 KB. You could download
it to another computer, save it (instead of running.) Use a USB stick, CD,
Zip disk, floppy disk, etc to transfer it to the affected computer.

The download is at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Alternately, go to Control Panel> Add or remove programs, check the "Show
updates" box. Uninstall
Security update 925902 (MS07-017)
and
Security update 928843 (MS07-008).
Then download the patch and save it. Allow Windows update to reinstall
925902 and 928843. Restart, then install the hotfix (patch.)

Hope this helps,
Don
