| RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation After installing the last security updates for Windows XP, my computer gives the following error message on booting, though there is no deterioration in its functioning: The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\System32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL. I shall be grateful if some work around for this is advised to me. Thanking you in advance. Rajiv K. Khandelwal |

I inatalled the R.164 Realtek drivers, which stopped the error.
