| blank IE 7 Explorer Windows appear when closing files, folders My Win XP IE & computer has recently developed an annoyng behavior. Every time I close a file or folder there is a long pause before it closes. When it finally closes a blank IE Explorer takes its place. How do I make this stop?      |
