IE7 and Talk Talk Assist

Hi Since downloading IE7, i have been unable to use Talk Talk Assist a tool
provided by my ISP to contact them live with questions? All i get when i try
to activate TTAssist is "Unable to find Talk Talk Skin"??
Any Ideas?
