I have a brand new HP laptop running Vista Premium w/ IE7. I am having a
problem on just one site getting into the log in page. I also have a XP
desktop running IE7 and I have no problems getting to the site on that
machine. I was wondering what the problem might be. I got the lap top
specifically so I can do some things with my home based business and this is
my log in site for my back office.

The error message I receive is:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

I have checked through other forms and have tried several of the suggestions
without any luck.

Error message when you start Internet Explorer 7 or try to access a Web
site: "Internet Explorer cannot display the Webpage"

Dont kow if this is related to the problem Im facing as well, Im building a
site which is css/php/xml based, it is only giving problem under IE7. anyone
got a clue??

IE7 is much stricter about conforming to the CSS standards.
