RSS feeds

I have 2 computers, one with Vista and the other with XP. Both computers have
the same version of IE 7 and the same RSS feeds which are more than 50. My
problem is that both machines stop the automatic synchronization which is set
to check it every 15 minutes. Any help would be helpful.

RE: RSS feeds

My computer with Windows XP SP2 started doing that last week after I
installed the latest Windows Updates. After looking around, I found this
Knowledge Base article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926447

It turned out that my problem was that there was an issue with the local
feed cache, and I had to go to the KB 926448 article (as referenced in KB
926447). After following the instructions everything has been working well.

As a caveat, the effect of exporting and importing your feeds is that some
of the dates get corrupted and appear as today instead of the actual date.
This only happened to some of my feeds; other feeds imported with the correct
dates. The order of the items inside each feed was maintained, so this is
only a minor nuisance. Also, the export/import process does not preserve the
read/unread status of the feeds. This is also minor, but it is good to know
about that ahead of time.

Good luck
