To return to IE6 from Windows Vista is impossible. Because IE7 claimed
to be part of Windows Vista.
And it really suckx. I have similar problem also.

The IE7 also apparently blocking the username/password for most OWA
webmail account. Therefore, you
need to reset your password several times.

IE7 also not allowing to send message or replying message, by giving
its famous little red x sign.
You can install the S/MIME from the Option menu, but only to get
worst. You can compose and reply
email, but when you click send, your internet explorer will explode
loudly and crash.

I think Microsoft should take this issue seriously because it will
affect most corporate user using
OWA webmail.

And surprisingly, OWA and Windows Vista are products of Microsoft but
not compatible each other.
You now know how Microsoft works!
