Re: Can't send excel file from the send by email option

Apologies for not replying sooner.

This may be a pain but I'd recommend trying it (resolving this type of
problem usually entails ruling things /out/):

You may have a horked install of IE7. I suggest reading the following
link...

http://www.ie-vista.com/known_issues.html#pre-install

....and then uninstalling and reinstalling IE7 per Sandi's tips, and using
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx as the installation source,
not Automatic/Windows Update.

Re: Can't send excel file from the send by email option

Thanks for the response. Actually, I tried this on several (at least 6 )
systems and it seems to be an issue with IE7. We have decided to either roll
back the browser to version 6 or use Mozilla Firefox for the persons that use
this feature a lot. So far everything is working Ok.

Thanks again for all your help.
