Where did you see that information?
You can use the DLL Help Database to prove that that module does not
have that entrypoint.

Kernel32.dll is very unlikely to be the problem. The crash you are seeing in it
is usually only a symptom of a problem caused earlier in the call stack
or other kinds of interference caused by third-party programs.

If you have a snapdump of the current problem in drwtsn32.log
you could at least see the modules involved in the calls which led
up to the crash. E.g. (in an English dump) look for the prefix FAULT ->
on the crash address and then page ahead to the Stack Back Trace section.

If you don't want to try a diagnostic approach to solving the problem
another approach is to try eliminating unnecessary factors.
Can you test your app with No Add-ons in effect? If not that then at least
try disabling all unsigned add-ons (e.g. using the Manage Add-ons tool)
and see if your problem still occurs. Etc.
