| Re: Favorites Saving I have the problem and I have found it on other computers. Are you saying that on your computer when you add-to-favorites, it can open the window with the topmost folders only (as in IE6)? It looks to me like a design change and not because of malware or something. Please Help. | Re: Favorites Saving I have found the problem on "all" of my computers with IE7. Frank is the only person I have ever heard from to that claims to "not" have this problem. It's funny though, when I spoke with MSN support last week, they claim that this problem is on ALL computers due to a design flaw, and not due to a problem with my computer or your computer. They told me that they were working on a patch that will come out some day in the future. Or course, no year is given (2008, 2009?)...... I told them that this problem can be fixed by any trained software developer in about 30 minutes to an hour. But, Microsoft feels that this problem is low on thier list of priorities..... So, anyone that claims to "not" have this problem on their computer must be using a differnt version than everyone else. Either that, or they are misunderstanding the problem we are trying to describe.
