Windows keeps saying that it needs Tablet Edition to install the packs. I've reinstalled XP home SP3 (different legit cd and key) but still no luck.

Worth noting that the current install is a Canadian localization. I believe Windows Update installed SP2 along with other regular updates.

I tried a forum search already, but I didn't see an answer.
