Even though the website still says the CloudBook is available January 25th, ComputerWorld is reporting shipments of the CloudBook are delayed for at least one month.

Two reasons for the delay are discussed.
(1) Software tweaks are necessary
(2) Chinese New Year interferes with time frame

The CloudBook is expected to compete with the ASUS Eee PC.
