| mid range smart-phone, netbook or 3G iphone? Hi there, I am curious of new arrivals in both the smartphone market and the netbook market but i am very much none the wiser on a solution to my dilemma each time a new one is released resectively. I currently own a nokia n95, which is perfect for just about everything i need. but after a year of using it secondhand (and i admit, being kind of a geek) i wish to upgrade. I am after a phone which has most of the n95's features but most imporatantly, i want 3G support. Upon reasearch, i came to the conclusion of the Nokia 5800 Xpress music, the new LG GW520, or the Blackberry Curve 8250 (although i later discovered that this handset does not support 3G, only wifi) and yes by now anyone would have discovered i have quite a 'low' budget. But i have recently been thinking that I might be better off saving a few more pennies and get into the world of netbooks. Ie. the Dell mini 10v or mini 11, the Acer aspire one, or the Samsung NC10. Afterall, these have a considerably larger screen size, memory and processor than the likes of the phones above and so will be far more easier to use for browsing the internet on rather than a tiny little 3" plus screen. But again, i want that all imporatnt 3G feature as most wifi networks haveto be paid for. I am quite frankly baffled by all the different combinations of the Acer Aspire range and think its weird that there are so many netbooks now boasting the 1GB memory, 160GB HDD and the Intel Atom 1.66Ghz processor that its almost too much to bare! I have had my eyes preying on the new Nokia 3G notebook that is sure to stir things up even more, especially as its pricetag was lowered not one week ago, And with the release of the new palm pre is making things worse for me in the smartphone way of thinking too. I was recently offered an 8GB iphone for a tempting £250, which i didnt think was half bad. But when i think i could get a decent netbook for that money, my thoughts are swayed every 5 minutes. So here I am spending my days continuously wandewring into phone outlets, gawping over new released phones thinking 'ahh not another blasted one!' So I ask you this; can anyone put me out of my misery and advise me on which one to go for on each catergory as stated? And if anyone has ANY of these devices, I would very much appreciate it!
