HP Motherboards Celeron/Centrino

Hello
I have a Compaq V2000 with bad motherboard. I purchased another used
supposedly good one.
It's identical except there are a few extra things on the new one. I think
one may be a card reader. Does anyone know what these extra features are?
Mine was a Intel Celeron CPU. Can I use that Celeron CPU or do I need an
Intel Centrino CPU?
Thanks.
ron

Re: HP Motherboards Celeron/Centrino

Check with the board manufacturer to see what the extra items are on the
board. Also when you go to the site for that information check to see what
type of processor is supported on that Motherboard.
To find out the maufacturer read the part numbers on the motherboard
