Each one was a laptop, connected via a docking port, and network connected. My understanding was that the problem was a result of how they disconnected from the network. Resulted from a unique combination: still be logged in, removing the docking port with network adapter 1, and then expecting the wireless card in the laptop to pick up the network connection. There was no pain, you just suddenly have to click off twice to exit. My question to you: is this a laptop?
