Win95 problems

My question is that if I reinstall the Win95, would all my other files
still be there?. I have two hard drives and a lot of photos that I want
to get off but can't send or receive emails do to missing Outlook files.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try reinstalling Outlook (Express??) Just download the latest Internet
Explorer from Microsoft. If you have IE5 or newer you should be able to do a
repair from add/remove programs. That may prevent you from having to
reinstall windows (assuming express)

You must first put all your files onto the second hard drive, (or a
third hard drive) and then install Windows 95 on the first. REMEMBER:
Always install a legal and licensed distribution of your operating system
