I have an error message that is as follows:
C:\PROGRA~l\Symantec\S32EVNT1.Dll. An installable virtual device driver
failed Dll initialation. Choose 'close' to terminate the application.

Would anyone have any idea what this error means or how I might solve it? I
seem unable to play music cds or dvds now. I have a gut feeling that being
forced to download SP2 on my windows XPpro might have something to do with
it, but I am not a pc guru, so I wouldn't know for sure.

Any assist would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
