Off Topic - help e-mail ?

How can someone get hold of e-mails I had sent to friends in November with
an attachment I had picked up off of Soc. retirement?
Yesterday (December 30) , I received a forward containing the e-mails I had
sent and the addressess I had sent to.
I would like to know if this is a common practice. Is it really that easy to
track e-mails?
Help please. I wrote to this list because of your expertise.
Lorna

Re: Off Topic - help e-mail ?

Is your email thru "telus.net"? I would contact them. I would also run an
anti-virus, anti-trojan and adware scans. Sounds like someone maybe inside
your system. Or they could be in your email services system. That would be
my start.
