keyboard

I have a new Packard Bell IM i517 and the keyboard seems to have a mind of
its own as to whether it wants to work or not,I have tried another one and
the same happens to that one, a reboot gets it going again but that is a
nuisance.
I have posted a letter on the P/Bell site, but I think that has the same
problem as the keyboard !!!!!!!!!!.
Anyone got any idea`s.

Re: keyboard

Have you checked for spyware or virii? Otherwise it may be the port. Try a
usb keyboard if you can to see if it has the same effect...that would at
least give you a better idea if it is a software or hardware problem.
