General question about PC laptop lifespan

I have a 3-year old Compaq Pesario in which I've had relatively few
problems with so far (knock on wood).

I am just wondering. What is the average lifespan of a laptop assuming
one takes good care of it? Thanks.

I think a ling time i have a 95 laptop but you should by a new batry offten
trust me ever time you charge it loses some time of batter poure
