VINTAGE Negative Scanning

Hi folks,
I hope this isn't too far OT...
A local museum has a large number of "pre-film" Glass Plate Negatives
which they wish to scan and print. T
They own an older HP-500C flatbed scanner.
Can anyone advise us as to whether any kind of modification is
available to accomplish the scanning...?
Thanks in advance!
K.M. Smith

Re: VINTAGE Negative Scanning

The flatbed should do the job and if you use a photo editor such as Adobe
Photoshop you can select negative option to switch the scanned image to the
correct color/grayscale.
